One of the only good things about this complex is the location and the convenience of having an in-unit washer and dryer. The location, my roommates, and the ward/bishopric I was part of were the main reasons I chose to stay here as long as I did during my time in Rexburg. I have lived here on and off since 2019. Some times, it's a really great place to live and sometimes it's terrible. Last semester and this semester have been pretty rough. The wifi is so bad I can't really take tests for fear of the internet going out (as it does so frequently). Additionally, the grounds are not super well kept with stairs often crumbling and not being fixed/replaced and dog poop found on the sidewalk and parking lot.

This is probably one of the worst complexes in Rexburg. Everything is breaking all the time and the apartments are so dirty. There are no cleaners, the students do all the deep cleaning which is hard to get done during finals week and no cleaners are ever sent in to do finishing details if the apartment passed whatever is on the list, and the standards for that are even super low.
