Has delt with most all of the maintenance requests in a timely manner, making sure the job gets done right. Lovely apartment complex.
Pros: In-apartment washer and dryer Lots of storage under the beds Close to Broulims and Little Caesar's Clean checks and white glove checks are pretty chill Great ward Study room with piano, treadmill, and a cable machine I never had issues finding a parking spot or getting a parking pass Cons: Rooms are relatively small As a STEM student, La Jolla is far from the Ricks and STC The lounge has a broken foosball table, has a small amount of seating, isn't a great spot to organize group activites compared to other apartment lo... read more
The internet DOES NOT WORK. Every time rent is due, the internet crashes. Every night at some point the internet crashes. Do not rent here if you are a student who uses the internet (everyone). Truly one of the apartments
Uhm, this place is awesome. The management is so fire and there is always stuff going on. It’s super close to campus too which is really nice. Sometimes they give away free stuff too.
