I’ve been here for 7 semester. Management lets me get extra candy when I go to the office and they work with me and my roommates for clean checks. The ward is solid and the bishopric is friendly.
They have been a good place so far, you may have to wait a bit for maintenance, but all around I enjoy living here
I’ve been in Rexburg for 4 years and this is by far the worst place I’ve lived. When I moved in I was shocked to see that it hadn’t been cleaned from the previous tenants- dirty toilets, gross moldy showers, fridge with spills and old food, bedroom and living room not vacuumed, socks behind my bed, suspicious hard water stains in the bathtub and on and on. Pretty good maintenance repairs
Really bad internet needs a WiFi adapter to even work and even then the packet loss is crazy. They said they would get it fixed and were waiting on a quote. It’s now been about a week and a half and it’s still not fixed. People need to work from home and do homework as well, good internet is required. Please fix this soon. Update: on top of all these problems I did an early checkout and they were clear that I would get my security deposit back because I was the only one that signed up for jobs and cleaned in my apartment.
