Been there almost 4 yrs then on Feb 8th of this yr the owner decodes to evict us because we didn't pay on the 1st and didn't believe that we were getting money to pay and the owner said that we were liars and drug attics and also heartless so I was very disappointed in her attitude and also had said that she had dealt with people like us before. So I would not recommend them at all.

Awful management, refuse to fix an electrical problem that could be a HUGE safety risk in a timely matter, and try to illegally evict renters. Please, go buy a hammock and live at the lake before you rent here.
This company is ridiculous. Do not rent from them. They are disrespectful and hateful. They only care about money and not about people. Stay away from these people.
Terrible properties. Bad wiring. Awful staff that's disrespectful and doesn't do their job. Better off living in a tent than renting from them.
Horrible told my kids to shut the hell up and told me they are evicting me after I paid rent and the owner in my opinion is one of the most money hungry snatches in the world one big piece of crap
Sorry Motherfuckers, letting kids and a mother stay in a house with no AC. They wont fix it. The whole unit is out. This is bullshit. Don't answer thier phones or emergency line. They can go to HELL. STAY AWAY FROM THE SORRY SONS OF BITCHES.
They are really nice
Rude and absolutely unprofessional people here. You go to pay them and their doors are locked half of the time when people are in there. They'll leave you knocking at the door for 30 minutes and won't answer the phone. Once you're finally in they're rude and sarcastic and demand that you should've just dropped the money in the box.
