If I could give no stars I would. Kay here needs to learn how to speak to clients or take a lesson on being helpful. While shopping for a birthday card she was very unhelpful and definitely didn’t make me feel like buying anything from here ever again. It wouldn’t hurt to pretend to like your job…
The merchandise has gone down hill at this hallmark since it had been under new management. Very disappointing selection. Staff is still wonderful.
I love shopping here. So much more than cards! Gifts, jewelry, kids toys, puzzles, clothing, OSU items, and more. The staff is always greeting me when I come in and offering help. They are well trained and a good asset. So glad we have this shop in our town.
