I spent time finding what I wanted only for your system to be down. You wouldn’t even let me pay cash for my items. I left very frustrated and gave my money to Kroger’s for similar cards. I don’t like wasting my time looking for gifts and then be told I can’t check out because your staff can’t figure out the cash register.
We were looking for a specific item to give as a Christmas gift & the only one left was the one on the shelf. One of the nice employees went to the back & found the box for it. We were able to purchase it & even got to use some rewards.
