After work was supposed to have been completed. Bill was $8400.00 . Looked at the bill and asked again why a part was $4000. I was referred to parts dept and they informed me that their markup is 80% on all parts. Doing the calculations though. They actually marked up a part that cost $2170 up to $4014.00 . 85% markup plus the labor. Update: Received a quick response from owner and the service advisor Derek was very helpful . Once the refund is received I will change my review to reflect . Thank you
