Purchased a used Explorer from the Topeka store at the first of February being told that it was Certified. The Explorer came from the Laird Noller Ford in Lawrence. Had to take if back in a week to get the TPMS sensors replaced. Had an issue with service right away (see previous review). They made the issue right promptly. 4 months later I go back for my first oil change and rotate. I am told that it needs a front CV shaft and also a front axle seal replaced. The lady was super nice. I had a good experience with the sales person, but I’ve been trying to cancel a warranty for the last 10 days. I still have not received a email to cancel it. Also have not received an update on the car payoff. It’s been a terrible experience since the purchase.
