I had a good experience with the sales person, but I’ve been trying to cancel a warranty for the last 10 days. I still have not received a email to cancel it. Also have not received an update on the car payoff. It’s been a terrible experience since the purchase.

The used vehicle I was interested in was listed online at $11,994, with a $500 off coupon bringing it to $11,494, yet the quoted total ended up roughly $2,500 higher before taxes once additional items and fees were added.
