All of the staff were very friendly. After looking at other dealers they were the one with a clean, nice car. No issues seen with the car. After seeing cars with oil leaks at other local dealers we decided this was the place to be. Thank you all for all of the help and taking such good care of us.
Laird Noller in Lawrence offers excellent customer service. Car shopping is never any fun. With pushy salespeople that are not listening to customers, and a runaround of how that dealership finances a car, is frustrating and discouraging. I feel like we got a great deal on our 2020 Ford Edge. They took care of us during the whole process. From the test drive to the financing I felt comfortable and valued. The sales manager even came in on his day off to make sure the process was seamless. I am happy with my vehicle. I have peace of mind knowing I have a warranty and roadside assistance if I need it. This is the first Ford I have owned, and I am loving it so far!
