The used vehicle I was interested in was listed online at $11,994, with a $500 off coupon bringing it to $11,494, yet the quoted total ended up roughly $2,500 higher before taxes once additional items and fees were added. The first impression was "Welcome In". We looked at a car that was advertised but ended up after driving 3 cars, with our Outback. This was our 2nd vehicle purchase from them. Even though there were a few wrinkles in the process we would say, "you may recall issues that surrounded the purchase process but you'll remember how they worked to make you satisfied customers."
