Purchased a used Explorer from the Topeka store at the first of February being told that it was Certified. The Explorer came from the Laird Noller Ford in Lawrence. Had to take if back in a week to get the TPMS sensors replaced. Had an issue with service right away (see previous review). They made the issue right promptly. 4 months later I go back for my first oil change and rotate. I am told that it needs a front CV shaft and also a front axle seal replaced. The lady was super nice. The used vehicle I was interested in was listed online at $11,994, with a $500 off coupon bringing it to $11,494, yet the quoted total ended up roughly $2,500 higher before taxes once additional items and fees were added. Laird Noller in Lawrence offers excellent customer service. Car shopping is never any fun. With pushy salespeople that are not listening to customers, and a runaround of how that dealership finances a car, is frustrating and discouraging.
