Purchased 2 trucks from here in October. No follow up from the sales team to let me know when titles were ready, i had to bypass the sales person (Rosie) to find out they were ready. Part of the sales agreement was to replace a broken tail light. 2 months later and they hadn't even ordered the light. During our first oil change we found out that there wasn't even an air filter in the truck and it has a bent frame, when no wrecks were disclosed. Called this morning on 9/5/23 to purchase a vehicle. Spoke to Rossy. She asked what car was I interested in and I told her. She told me it was available. I asked her to hold the car I was interested in and told her I filled out a credit app on the 4th. She asked me if I was reading a car in and I said yes.
