Long story short, Joshua Scudder went above and beyond to assist me with a warranty on my engine that needed replaced. When I called the Service Center there the first time to ask about warranty, I received no help at all with that gentleman. The second time I called to get Joshua, at that point I requested to only work with him throughout the whole process. I was able to get my engine covered and replaced without a worry.
