UPDATE MAY 2026: I originally left this review during the Laird Noller era. Unfortunately, after the transition to McCarthy Hyundai, I’m updating it because my experience has somehow gotten worse... I ended up buying a brand-new 2026 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy with under 300 miles on it, and now, at just over 4,000 miles, it suddenly experienced simultaneous warnings/failures involving ABS, traction control, parking sensors, steering/lane assist systems, and multiple other safety features. Service department was great
Buying process: 4 out of 5 We came in with a decent down payment and pre-approved, but the process still took nearly two hours. Service department: 3 out of 5 We purchased our vehicle on 3/31. At the time, we were aware of an issue with the blinker and scheduled service for it on 4/1. This service department had our vehicle from 4/1 to 4/14 and not once called to give an update.
