Arrived over an hour and a half late without courtesy call to say he's running late. On site his machine breaks. He left for over an hour to get a replacement machine. He said he went under the house which was not truthful because the entry way under the house was unscathed. He did find the exterior sewage clean out (we were not sure where it was).
