Untrustworthy I had Jeff Lainhart install a security system in my home about 2+ years ago. Great guy at installation, then when my system went awry after 1 year, he was nowhere to be found. He would not return phone calls from myself AND the monitoring service he uses called Cops. So if you want smiles and a false sense of security for your home and loved ones, go with Jeff Lainhart.
