Amazing place and friendly people
I don't do business with them but I'm told they are very mean people. Don't return phone calls and treat their employees badly.
We have been with Nationwide for 15 years. We just switched to Allstate and this Agency (Brian Laing) would not let us cancel our policy. We called to cancel and they said they need the new agent to reach out to them. The new agent reached out and they said the documents were not sufficient and therefore could NOT be cancelled. My Allstate agent had to go out of his way to contact the Nationwide head quarters to let them know they won't cancel our policy.
