Luiz was very responsive and helpful from the start. While we did run into some challenges with our first job together, I could tell the company genuinely has good intentions and wants to provide quality service. I used Laila’s Cleaning Service for a professional move-in clean. The cleaning was mostly acceptable, but not thorough given the scope of work. After a reported 10-hour job with two cleaners, there were still visible spots and markings on door frames that required follow-up. During the service, an item was damaged and not reported at the time. Laila's has been helping with our household cleaning for approximately one year. The housecleaners have been friendly and hard working. Scheduling changes that were needed on our part have always been accommodated in a helpful and cheerful manner. Two weeks ago Bruna, the manager, took on a large, somewhat atypical project, which I so appreciated.
