Laila's has been helping with our household cleaning for approximately one year. The housecleaners have been friendly and hard working. Scheduling changes that were needed on our part have always been accommodated in a helpful and cheerful manner. Two weeks ago Bruna, the manager, took on a large, somewhat atypical project, which I so appreciated. Laila's cleaning teams are great. They did an initial clean that left every corner of my house spotless. I've used them for 6 months and they've been great. Reasonable price, too. They're meticulous, punctual, professional, pleasant, and easy to work with. Great people, great cleaning.

Very disappointed in them. I made an appointment few months ago. When the date got closer I contacted them because I was worried they would forget about the appointment time and date. They confirmed with me they would be there at our appointment time. We waited for them but they didn't show up. My husband tried to contact them they said they would be there shortly.
