Dr Hanna is caring , educated and nice and the most important thing is she is usually available and talk to you even on the phone , listen to you and take care of whatever you need . her office people slso nice and caring
Dr. Hanna is such a wonderful physician and person. She cares so much -- I've never seen a doctor do more for her patients. And her advice is spot on - she literally saved one of my family members lives by getting them to the appropriate specialist. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Hanna. (If you have to wait a bit to see her in the office, it's because she's giving each and every one of her patients thorough, compassionate care. She will do the same for you!)
We loved Dr. Hanna - that's why we are going back to her. Sue was awesome too.
Listens
So much more personable than most doctors I've had. Responds quickly and makes sure she gets your tests and referrals ordered when needed. There's an app for easy communication and payments. I've been her patient for over 10 years and highly recommend her.
Dr. Hanna takes time to listen to what I need and she really cares. She has helped me over the phone when I was out of town and has squeezed me in when I've been ill, even when she had a full day.
Dr. Hanna was my physician for SEVERAL years when I worked in Burbank (18 years). I always received the BEST care from Dr. Hanna, and I trust her completely. She is a fabulous physician with a vast wealth of medical expertise and knowledge. Her high standard of care and compassionate, caring demeanor sets her patients at ease. Dr. Hanna never rushes her patients; she takes the time to answer every question & educates & informs about all medications, procedures & tests. I LOVE Dr. Laila Hanna! :)
Dr Ganna is great but her staff is terrible and this is reflected in other reviews. Be careful to coming to this office check and double check their work. After making an appointment two weeks prior I show up to be told there is NO record of me and NO appointment. Then they sent me to a lab to do blood work that doesn't accept my insurance (keep in mind I got up early and was fasting) so I drove to another lab just to be told I would need to wait a half hour until Dr Hannas office openS
Dr. Hanna is smart. She really listens to her patients. I had a chance to get different insurance, but I won't because the other insurance did not have Dr. Hanna on the plan. When she refers me to a specialist, she has an idea of what is going on. Most, if not all of the time, the specialist says exactly what she says. She is amazing. Thank you Dr. Hanna.
