Very unprofessional and disorganized experience. My appointment was confirmed as in-person over the phone, then I received conflicting information the day before saying it was virtual, along with a completely different address. This level of miscommunication is unacceptable. At the appointment, the doctor was still dealing with admin issues instead of being prepared. The consultation itself was equally disappointing.
