really great - nancy knows what she is doing and got me the condo docs to complete my sale so quickly as we had a very tight deal - she is stellar and i really appreciate it
I wouldn’t refer anyone to rent in the Red Deer condo downtown! The maintenance people who run the building are controlling, cruel, hang up on conversations when you try to find out how to biz visitors into the building after moving into the building. There was nothing at all about this in their”manual “ of do’s and dont’s and information on the building. They make decisions that aren't they'res to make without votes from owners. We were all notified that upcoming window replacement was going to cost owners $6000. In a Townhouse complex of 75 units and 40 years old, the only improvements made in 40 years was shingles so no way should windows have cost us anything or very little. In reply to you this is from a past experience so you currently not having window replacement means nothing. I know the board of directors are the ones who decide on issues but Laidly over stepped the... read more

They allow their resident manager to have a huge wolf-like dog that is against the height and weight limitations for the condo but will not allow other residents to do so. Talk about double standards! When I brought this issue up to the resident manager she didn’t want to have that conversation and hung up the phone on me. Very rude and disrespectful. I tried to reach the General Manager but she has not responded to my emails or voicemails yet. This is my experience with Laidley Management.
