Had a great experience at Laidlaw Harley-Davidson. The service was top-notch, and Raul provided excellent customer service from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, professional, and made sure everything was taken care of. Highly recommend asking for Raul if you’re looking for great service. I’ll definitely be back I got my eye on a road king in the future!
Best Harley-Dealer I've been to, recently accompanied my cousin to purchase a FXLRST and the experience was top notchnotch, Raul made us feel at home and took great care of us during the process and showed great hospitality constantly. Will definitely be back whenever I'm in the area, or there's an event.
Mickey, Matt and the Laidlaw’s staff are an amazing team. Zero buyers remorse, no pressure, all knowledge and advice to guide your decisions for your ideal riding experience. Bought my first Harley!!! Big thank you to Scott and Matt Laidlaw and most especially to Raul... I had been looking for and researching 2023 H-D Anniversary Fat Boys throughout L.A. even out of state and saw that Laidlaw had one but it was a bit out of my budget. This place is amazing! Raul in the sales department was very knowledgeable and offered great advice! No pressure and easy to work with. Nick in the finance department was very easy to work with as well. They both made the process both simple and seamless. I will be back again!
