This is probably the best HD store I have been to. Great selection and a huge building. At the register I was accidentally charged too much on my gift card and Salina contacted me and said they would send me a check for the overage. Now that is great service!
Laidlaws is the absolute best dealership in California. My buying experience here was 2nd to none. They dont mess around. I was out of there in about an hr or so. No hidden fees, no ADM, no games. Just straight up old school genuine customer service. Mickey is the genuine article. He remembered me from the first time I walked in, and always takes the time to have have a conversation, thats genuine, while im in for service or picking up parts. Fantastic dealership, fantastic team. So glad to have connected with Mickey early on as he never made me feel rushed in making a decision, answered all of my questions, asked me all the ones I hadn’t yet considered and put me on the right bike for me. Laidlaws and its staff have always been great to deal with in all aspects of what a dealership should be I came in after getting hit on my old Harley looking for a new one and I was lucky to get Mickey as my salesman and it was the best purchasing experience I have ever had he wasn’t pushing me into something i didn’t want or just trying to get me out the door with anything he took the time and explained everything I had asked perfectly and very knowledgeably and I ended up with a bike that has been absolutely perfect. Fantastic service from all the staff at Laidlaws, especially Mickey. His knowledge of Harley Davidsons is second to none. He gave me a heap of suggestions and options for my next Harley Davidson. I have the 2023 Steet Glide Ultra Limited and now Im looking at something a little sportier to run around town. I will definitely be back to see Mickey at Laidlaws
