I’ve had a great experience with the sales team as well as the mechanic shop. But the parts department there sucks. They act like they are doing you a favor buy just talking to you, most of there time they are just trying hangout with each other and not assist the customer. I’ve also ordered parts from there and totally forgot about them never received a call back until I went to purchase more parts and then found out that my part was already at the store for months. I'm not sure how to write this review without it sounding like a personal life story blog post but...here goes. I am on the east coast now and I lived in California for several years and I am familiar with the Laidlaws iconic Harley Davidson store. Got a good deal on a new 2025 RG. Mickey Seigworth was my salesman. No pressure to buy as I have stopped in several times and spoke to him. I got the bike I wanted at the price I wanted. This is my 2nd bike from Laidlaw.
I just a bought a 2023 1/2 CVO and Raul made my first time shopping for a motorcycle very easy and pleasant. Even helped with getting insurance so if you need help you guys should definitely call Laidlaw’s and they will get you right 👏🏽👏🏽
