Booked a 3:30pm appointment with Jason and showed up early. By 4:15pm, still no sign of him and no real update. Apparently, he wasn’t even close to done with his previous client. I left. If you value your time, maybe go somewhere that does too.
Worst salon experience! I paid for a full head of highlights at Laicale, but half my head was left untouched. When I went back, they toned it so dark I couldn’t see the empty spots until later. When I raised the issue again, they refused to fix it—saying too much time had passed—even though the service was never done properly in the first place not to mention the results were not what I asked for receiving orange damaged hair.
