Unprofessional office. Only office I’ve ever visited in my 70 years on this planet who will cancel your appointment because of paperwork while you are sitting in their lobby after arriving 1 hour early.
Dr. Lai and his staff are great. I always feel like I'm in good hands with Dr. Lai.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Lai. He is trained in very advanced techniques most doctors aren’t trained in primarily due to practicing medicine within the military and particularly the teaching center at Brooke Army, Medical Center where he was the Chief of Pain Medicine and Rehabilitation before retiring.
