Dr Lai is very nice. She made me comfortable. . She listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. She really explained everything. I have never had a doctor like this. She is the best!

Dr Lai is one of the best doctors in our community. I am lucky to have her as my family doctor for many years. 1) She cares me, cares her patients very much. Whenever I write her messages for asking medical questions, she always answers them on time.
