There has been a great decline in service. (Started with my insurance company sending a letter directing us to NOT use this pharmacy any longer. I continued to use them). I noticed I was repeatedly having to say the same thing to the female that fills prescriptions. At refill time each month she would tell me I needed prior authorization. EACH MONTH I would tell her I did not. It was not so much the monthly re-education she required, but the increasing NASTINESS OF HER TONE. Since Rite Aid closed, this pharmacy is the 3rd I've tried, that actually has my medications and fills them when they are due, without any hassle. So far, it has been a very good experience and it's a huge relief for me. I had a great rapport with my pharmacists at Rite Aid, I'd been literally going there since birth. Some of the others I tried made me feel awful, horrible customer service, and never had my medicines when I needed them.
