There has been a great decline in service. (Started with my insurance company sending a letter directing us to NOT use this pharmacy any longer. I continued to use them). I noticed I was repeatedly having to say the same thing to the female that fills prescriptions. At refill time each month she would tell me I needed prior authorization. EACH MONTH I would tell her I did not. It was not so much the monthly re-education she required, but the increasing NASTINESS OF HER TONE.
