This business is absolutely horrible. They aren't communicative and Mrs. Carr is an unprofessional who does not take any accountability for their failures.
Left 3 voicemails written 4, ZERO REPLIES!!! These guys are either non existent or don't care, I was referred by a top commercial real estate agent as well.
