Cannot call at all. Just rerouted back to main number. Impossible to get anything done. Extremely frustrating!!!
I just needed a prescription filled before my big trip. I called in the day before explaining that I needed this expedited and they said they should be able to accommodate it. I called 2 more times and they said they would get it to a doctor to sign the script. 3 hrs before I was about to leave for the airport I called again to see the status and was told they wouldn’t be able to fill my prescription. Tried calling this place 4 different times today. My doctor referred me to this place but none of the times did anyone pick up.
Called to set up an appointment after being referred to this practice. I selected the option in the phone menu to register as a new patient. To my surprise, I was sent straight to a message saying the office is closed, despite in that same message saying the office is open Monday through Friday from 8am to 5:30pm. It was 4:30pm and not a weekend. There is no option to leave a voicemail.
