I recently had to transfer here to continue to see my provider, Dr Rind. When they first moved i could not get ahold of anyone and then spoke with three different people (constantly transferring me) for all of them to say they do not see any of my previous records and they do not understand why I need to see neurology. Called to set up my first appointment with a referral from my doctor that was faxed to this facility 3 weeks ago , again 2 days ago and again today. I had one person tell me they have it on file and was transfered to schedule an appointment. When trying to schedule an appointment I was told they still do not have my referral and that it may actually take up to 12 weeks to be filed in my patient chart. I have called this office repeatedly 2 days in a row regarding an appointment. I called 9 times yesterday and stayed on hold waiting for up to 20 minutes. I am currently on hold for the 4th time today and no one picks up. I have called each line including billing hoping to speak with someone.
