Called to set up an appointment after being referred to this practice. I selected the option in the phone menu to register as a new patient. To my surprise, I was sent straight to a message saying the office is closed, despite in that same message saying the office is open Monday through Friday from 8am to 5:30pm. It was 4:30pm and not a weekend. There is no option to leave a voicemail. I’ve been referred to this practice as an old patient of Derry Neuro. I’ve been calling since this morning, and put on hold for about a half hour to an hour at a time trying to register as a new patient. I’ve called maybe 5 times now and each time I wait— only to be hung up on as soon as I reach the office.
I recently had to transfer here to continue to see my provider, Dr Rind. When they first moved i could not get ahold of anyone and then spoke with three different people (constantly transferring me) for all of them to say they do not see any of my previous records and they do not understand why I need to see neurology. Which is NOT ok.The phone service is horrible ; I can BARELY EVER get ahold of anyone, as i find myself on hold at least 15-20mins each time. The lack of phone etiquette is crazy to me.
