I was referred to this practice by my doctor for an evaluation of my spine. After waiting on hold for over 30 minutes to make the appointment, I decided to leave a voice mail for a call back. This was in the morning. I did not receive a call back that day, or into early afternoon the next day. Again I called and was on hold. I had a bad work accident over 20 years ago. Plus I have a meningioma I've been to neurosurgeons who were absolutely subpar, I'm talking to you New England Neurology. Most of my specialist docs are at Lahey so I decided to try there. Dr. Akenroye and Dr. Whitmore are stellar, they actually gave me hope that I can be relieved of a considerable amount of pain. That made me feel so much better. I give all of my docs there high marks.
Don't answer the goddamn phone! And hang up when they do!
Thank you team for everyone from the person taking the phone calls to the surgeon and everyone in between. It's nice to be able to walk again.
Can never get an hold of my neurosurgeon office. Piss poor communication
