I would give them a zero if I could. Made an appointment over a year in advance, office sent confirm appointment, thought all set. Planning to drive from Connecticut day before and stay hotel overnight for an early morning appointment. All packed and ready to go when the doctors office called less than 24 hours before the appointment to cancel. Dr had family issues. Like really!!!!!???? This is the most revolting and disgusting neurology department I’ve ever went to. I believe that a pre requisite is to be the most rigid and unlikable individual. I went to the ER in November. I had been diagnosed with RA and was having neurological symptoms any time I tapered off prednisone. I explained this to them. They did an MRI that came back severely motion degraded and blurry and could NOT rule out minor or moderate structure causes aggravated by RA. I called for an appointment and while there was no availability the receptionist sent me to my doctor's secretary. They were fantastic and got me in early. You get what you give. If you call with patience and kindness, thats what you receive in return. BTW..... my doctor is AMAZING!!!! Shout out to Dr. BAGLA.
