Came into the ER with my finger hanging off and gushing blood and bawling my eyes out. Answered all her questions and all my fiancé said was “hopefully we see the doctor as soon as possible.” The front desk lady said “I clearly don’t make or know his schedule so you’re going to wait.” So rude and inconsiderate. I understand how stressful working in healthcare is I used to work at this same hospital but kindness, patience & consideration goes a long way. I live in Beverly, just 5 minutes from the hospital there, but why do I come to Lahey in Peabody? 1. Empathy. 2. Hospital staff—they treat you like you're the only patient. 3. My last three visits here exceeded my expectations every time. I'm a proud patient of Lahey. I do not want to be too regular here of course! But if I need? Peabody LAHEY!

I love this medical center...the doctors and nurses and technicians I have had , are always caring, professional attentive. And they have an awesome cafe. Also the receptionists are always pleasant and attentive.

Yolanda is a delight and an asset to Lahey and Sodexo. Great attitude and customer service skills above and beyond. The short order cook , however, ignored me until I asked if they were open. He then plated my meal with resentment . Perhaps he needs some training on customer servocr.

Went there for a procedure. Every phase of it was excellent. Admin, nurses, tech and doctor.
