Idk if you guys can remember me from 2 years ago when I couldnt walk or move without massive pain then finding out I had auto immunes, couldn't absorb food and had to learn to re walk and I just healed from both hip replacements now and i just wanted to say that I love this hospital here. Every single one of the people here are amazing. My family and I appreciate you guys. I live in Billerica and I always prefer coming here. Thank you all again .
They are nice and helpful but not fabulous. I went there last November because I had bruised the bone on my foot, which they correctly examined. But the I waited for hours on end and missed 3 hours of the school day. The doctor said I bruised the bone, but I could walk. I had told her multiple times I could not walk without extreme pain in my foot. My mother had to request crutches and then had to request a paper so I could use the elevator at my school. I always go there because it’s convenient for me and the exceptional care I receive each time I never have to wait long. The receptionist personal is very pleasant and I cannot ask for better care from doctors and nursing as well. Thank you
