Just spoke to Judy who had the nastiest attitude. I explained I was trying to set up an appointment with my doctor and kept getting directed to the urgent care line. She was nasty and unhelpful. Simply saying she couldn’t help me or better yet giving me the proper number would have been the normal thing to do. You should not answer phones if your baseline attitude is horrendous.
Very quick wait time. The nurse (I believe his name was John?) that triaged me was lovely. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, respectful and kind. He asked all the right questions, was careful about my privacy and my comfort, and covered all the bases. The doctor (or PA), she didn’t introduce herself so I’m not sure her name, was not as lovely.
