The only nice person who I spoke to today was the woman checking me in. I was (very much later) called by a nurse to check vitals and ask questions which she was already very quick and rushed everything she did. After finishing i was seen a little later to head into the back with the doctor. Waited for two hours to be seen by a PA with no bedside manner. Told me they couldn't do a flu or covid test because it would be $600 and sent me home saying there's nothing they can do for me.
A+ experience from the front desk, the intake nurse, the PA, and the x-ray tech! I appreciate everyone being so kind and knowledgeable. I only waited about an hour, which is easy breezy considering the state of ERs these days. I will definitely come back to this facility!
Have been going here for many years, most recently last night, and have always had a good experience. Seen promptly, professional staff. They have more services than the typical minor emergency center. The only thing that would make it better is if it was open 24 hrs. Happy that they are in our neighborhood.
