Avoid at all costs. This place is an absolute sham. I visited while on vacation for lingering pain following treatment for an ear infection. Saw a doctor for FOUR MINUTES and she said everything looked fine. The real issue appeared when it came to billing. My insurance covers out of state urgent care visits but they refuse to code the visit correctly, instead coding it as a primary care visit. good when you can get in but they really need to figure out how to interface with their own scheduling tools because there's no reason I should be waiting until 1pm to get into a reservation I made for 12pm while they keep taking walk-ins, all the time receiving texts that i'm "first in line"
Very well-run facility! Staff is friendly and efficient. I arrived without an appointment and was treated very quickly. Highly recommend.
