Super handy! Injured my thumb and wanted it checked for a break. Staff was professional and I was happy to find no issues with cleanliness.
I have needed to utilize this clinic 3 times over the last 3 years when my primary care office could not schedule a visit for me in a day or two. I have never had issues with scheduling at this clinic. Their email notifications of estimated wait times has been accurate. Definitely could much cleaner, floors and fingerprints and hand prints on glass dirty, needs a janitorial service. Also, the appoint they let you make means nothing. The text updates are completely false. I told her I got the text I was next in line and she started laughing. My appt was for over an hour ago and the “text updates” now have stopped. I never leave bad reviews EVER and I would never bash a business or working class, but it’s been a few weeks since I went to this place and I have been angry ever since. I Came twice in the matter of a week to pick up test results. Two women at the front desk were insanely rude condescending, and had incredibly negative energy. Treated me like I was an idiot for not slapping a mask on my face within 10 seconds of walking in. Avoid at all costs. This place is an absolute sham. I visited while on vacation for lingering pain following treatment for an ear infection. Saw a doctor for FOUR MINUTES and she said everything looked fine. The real issue appeared when it came to billing. My insurance covers out of state urgent care visits but they refuse to code the visit correctly, instead coding it as a primary care visit.
