Staff is kind and thorough!!
showed up 40 minutes before close, no one was in the waiting room, and we were told that they weren’t taking any more patients…. ? what?
wonderful experience with all the staff. very attentive and professional.
I was not feeling well since last night, had the chills and maybe even a fever. I was told that they dont test for covid and that they couldnt be sure what they would test for. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had! Was literally denied service by the woman at the front desk, she should not be working there at all. This was not the first time I had this type of encounter with her, she is by far extremely incompetent! Never going back there.
Front desk staff are extremely unprofessional and rude. The two ladies looked at me like a criminal when I asked them to clarify that I was sick on my note for work. They made a huge deal saying “I don’t know if that’s possible,” while snickering and exchanging mocking glances at each other. I know Gloucester folk aren’t the brightest, but I was truly baffled.
