I am writing this review to thank Catherine from the BILH Travel Clinic at 5 Federal Street for her impeccable service. Yesterday I arrived at the clinic at almost 5:00 pm without an appointment and she answered all my questions and scheduled an appointment for me. She not only remembered my husband's visit in the morning but also our need to receive the necessary vaccinations for our trip to Asia next week. Don’t know if it was this office. But asked if there was any PCP taking new patients and she said no and hung up so abruptly. I didn’t even get to ask another question

Their billing department keeps sending my family fraudulent bills. They are fraudulent because they were paid by insurance but they continue to send invoices, likely in the hopes that they can double dip. If you are a current patient, please, please, please review ALL of their charges as you’ve probably been double or triple billed.

The woman who answered the phone could not have been ruder. Spoke over me and hung up. As a patient that is not the manner in which I would like to communicate with my doctors office.
