I got here last night at 9:30pm…. People have come in hours after me and got their intake done last night…. It’s now 6:30AM & I’m STILL here waiting in a hard ass chair in the lobby… I came here for help and you guys have done nothing to make me feel welcomed. Never has this happened to me before. I will never come back here again idc what the circumstances are. But what do you expect going to treatment in MA… you’re better off going to rehab in south Florida
The people that work at this clinic are very nice people. The service is extremely fast and they treat you like a normal person instead of just an addict. I highly recommend this place to anybody who is on their recovery journey.
If I COULDGIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARTS I WOULD! This place along with the Tewksbury location needs to either find new staff who are fully trained in patient care or shut down both places all together. There are many nurses and other medical professionals working here who either don't know what they're doing or don't care for their patients. Just employed here for a paycheck.
