They claim you can reserve a spot, BUT when you get there they tell you 1st come 1st served!!! Should be posted on the website! I waited for over an hour past my "reserved spot"...and had to leave...unseen and untreated.
Staff member Laurie when I said, “Oh I thought you were the provider.”: “I was trying to explain that but I couldn’t get a word in edgewise.” Then, when Laurie received the coldness her coarseness earned her, she apologized for her statement blaming her busy day and number of patients. (This was before 10 AM). I thanked her for the apology and suggested we start anew, but, perhaps embarrassed, she abruptly left “to get another provider.” Thank goodness! Making an appointment is useless, I made an appointment and I walk in and there's 9 people ahead of me, what appointment or spot are you saving when you got 9 people ahead of me, go to a better run place
