If I could give this place a 0 star rating that would be more accurate. Front desk is unacceptably rude, they call and change your appointments with random excuses why even if you have been waiting months to be seen. Very unprofessional providers, they are overwhelmed with seeing patients in 15 minute time slots and just stop caring. A disgraceful practice!
They promised my wife she just needed to go for a psych test but they lied
Went in on a Saturday to the walk-in clinic for stitches and a tetanus shot. Was seen within 20 minutes. The RN and the nurse practitioner were knowledgable and efficient. All questions answered, got stitched up and was in and out in less than 90 minutes. I would recommend them highly for simple medical stuff. For a real serious medical emergency, of course I would go to a hospital ER. Last time I was in an ER, I was there for literally 6+ hours for something relatively simple.
