I'm upset I had to read these poor reviews. While my mom was alive she had hospitalizations everywhere, and I can honestly say, they were kind, unrushed, calming, responsive, caring, and attentive. My father has also been a urologic cancer patient. His situation was very difficult because he has Ankylosing Spondylitis and cannot lie flat, and the surgeon was able to successfully perform the prostectomy.
I was a patient of DR Sobrado which he was great, once he retired this clinic went downhill fast. I'm so glad I found another location because the staff here are very unprofessional, rude and seem not to care about my well being.
