These are the worst people on earth. My husband has been canceled at the last minute three times for his biopsy over a period of two months. What is wrong with these people? All the receptionist does is smirk. The last time they tried to cancel they said that the nurse wanted the day off and so they couldn’t do the surgery that was the cancellation they just made today. Unbelievable. Do not trust these people.
During my visit, for an acute kidney stone, I found Dr. Patel to be a very knowledgeable young professional who took the time necessary to listen to my questions & concerns; and, then answered them in a way I could easily understand. He shared with me all the data he used to determine my diagnosis and allowed me to participate in the plan to further address any diagnosis & concerns.
