not sure what experience the bad reviewer have had, but I been coming here for 15-20 year and have never had a bad experience. The people here are great and hard working. Their follow up is always right on. The have a blood lab which is a great convenience. Just wish they would reopen their xray lab that was there several years ago.
Disappointing billing practice I scheduled what was supposed to be a routine annual physical, which I’ve never had to pay out of pocket for before. During the visit, I was asked a general screening question about chest pain. I answered honestly that I sometimes feel chest tightness when I’m stressed — something very common. While the wait if VERY long here, I understand that it's not their fault. However, the rude/apathetic/speaking in barely audible tones (especially if you ask for their name) is their fault. These people don't care about anyone. They are cold and uncaring. Time to find a new career. STAY AWAY
MIRIAM was the WORST medical assistant I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I went in for a routine check-up and it seemed she had a chip on her shoulder - was very rude and short with me, rushing through the initial questions. She made me feel so uncomfortable I will never return and have told all my friends, family, and coworkers.
