It should be illegal to treat patients the way they do
The front desk staff is not only unhelpful but also exceptionally rude. I was denied direct assistance in the middle of a PANIC ATTACK, provided only a prescription line number, and told I could not come in, even though I’m nearby and able to. I’ve rarely encountered a staff group this dismissive, especially during a time of real need. Be better.
Will not return. Poor care.
Terrible. M.D. Sue Ige is horrible. It's like being a patient is a hassle for her. Zero enthusiasm about helping people. Pathetic
Worst place ever refuses healthcare canceled my appointment and now I have nowhere else to go the front desk. People are absolutely horrible especially one lady who is very very rude.
