MIRIAM was the WORST medical assistant I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I went in for a routine check-up and it seemed she had a chip on her shoulder - was very rude and short with me, rushing through the initial questions. She made me feel so uncomfortable I will never return and have told all my friends, family, and coworkers. if you care about your loved ones and want them to receive quality care then please for the love of God don't send them here. Dr. sue ige is hands down one of the worst doctors i've ever had. she is incredibly negligent, rude & dismissive, she really doesn't even try to hide the fact that she doesn't care, its honestly deplorable and I am surprised she is even allowed to have a license at this point. she really shouldn't be a doctor. she has misdiagnosed me & refused to provide me proper care on several occasions, I went 3 m... read more
It should be illegal to treat patients the way they do
The front desk staff is not only unhelpful but also exceptionally rude. I was denied direct assistance in the middle of a PANIC ATTACK, provided only a prescription line number, and told I could not come in, even though I’m nearby and able to. I’ve rarely encountered a staff group this dismissive, especially during a time of real need. Be better.
Will not return. Poor care.
