Rachel and her team did an outstanding job with both my engagement ring and wedding band as well as my partners wedding band. Rachel was very patient with me through the design phase – I went back and forth tweaking the design quite a bit. In the end, what Laher created were mini pieces of art that I'm proud to wear every day and which brings a smile to my face every time I look at my hand. Thank you for your patience, craftsmanship and attention to detail.
We were very happy with our experience with Laher. They gave us plenty of sapphire options that matched our style and were incredibly transparent and informative while we were still comparing different jewellers. The team at Laher were absolutely excellent. They went above and beyond for me and my fiancé. Ryan helped guide me through the process and communicated regularly and clearly and made what was seemingly a complicated process very simple for me. Highly professional, incredible quality and craftmanship, great communication and the friendliest and warmest team. Rachel and the team designed and made my beautiful engagement ring and I couldn't be happier with it! I live rurally and it needed a re-size, they were so helpful and it was complimentary.
