Horrible and no sense of urgency. Be prepared to be here all day for a simple checkup.
The first time we went they were wonderfulll. That didn't last. My husband bought glasses there and has had nothing but trouble with the lenses falling out. The technician told him he sat on them. He had to show her that that is how they were made. We called to make sure they were insured and they told him to bring them to the opelousas location. He got there and the door was locked. So I called back to see if they close early on Friday,it was only 2 p.m. and apparently they called from Lafayette office to tell them to unloc... read more
