Always very caring staff and doctors
Was running a few minutes late, so I called to say I was “on my way”. Gwen, the phone operator was very professional during our conversation and encouraging that I would make it on time. The ladies at the front desk made checking in very painless, were both very professional, and never rude in my presence. Lobby, exam room, and outside walks/entryway were very clean. My experience was incredible. Thankful to the staff who's professionalism was impeccable!
I made my appointment specifically for contacts. After they dilated my pupils & I saw the Dr. I found out I still could not order my contacts because I had to see some other guy (Shawn who is not a Dr.) before I could order them. I could not get an appointment with Shawn for another two weeks. I have no contacts left at home & I know exactly which contacts work best for me. So I asked for my script thinking I will order them somewhere else. I will say I thought my Dr was knowable but apparently not as knowledgeable as Shawn.... read more
