The ladies at the front desk made checking in very painless, were both very professional, and never rude in my presence. Lobby, exam room, and outside walks/entryway were very clean. I made my appointment specifically for contacts. After they dilated my pupils & I saw the Dr. I found out I still could not order my contacts because I had to see some other guy (Shawn who is not a Dr.) before I could order them. I could not get an appointment with Shawn for another two weeks. I have no contacts left at home & I know exactly which contacts work best for me. So I asked for my script thinking I will order them somewhere else. I will say I thought my Dr was knowable but apparently not as knowledgeable as Shawn.... read more
