Of course the staff was friendly and helpful. The rink was very large which made it possible to enjoy your time on the ice with a large crowd being present. I wish they would have more public skate days so it wouldn't be so crowded.
Very very unprofessional with how they handle posting their hours of operation. Currently there are about 15-20 people waiting in line and many have turned away. It’s a Sunday at 1:30pm, their web portal says their open their displays say they should be open, but nobody is here. None of us customers understand what is going on it’s just pure chaos, and a waste of my time.
