We were having a few issues with Lagunas until Conner Merritt took over our job. He was wonderful. He kept us updated on everything happening. I work nights and he was absolutely fabulous with working around it. Our roof siding and gutters look fabulous. We could not be happier. Thank you so much Conner. I will miss talking to you

Justin Strong’s customer service really stood out—he was friendly, communicative, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. I’m very happy with the results and the care Justin put into making sure everything went well.
Fantastic company! Initially, we had Nickolas Lawrence, then Jared Bowen, as our sales rep. Both were incredibly professional, timely, and thorough with the project. We did have an issue with nails in the driveway and one of our windows being broken, but the company reimbursed us for the window and made sure to scan for nails after the project was competed. I would recommend them for your roofing and gutter work!
The Laguna’s team did an awesome job on my roof and siding. Two neighbors said it’s making them look bad.
