It's been a year and half after Lagunas installed our new roof in June ~ Nov 2023 time frame. Clayton and crew were awesome to start with - they come right out and make you feel important up until the sale is made. They had zero to very poor communication about when the work would actually start and after the install you feel like you've been ghosted.I called twice the week after the install for someone to come out and review concerns with the job they performed - twice I was told someone would come out - no one ever did and... read more
We had a great experience with getting our tornado/storm damage repaired with Lagunas. They communicated well throughout the process, helped accommodate our tight timeline for getting the house on the market (due to an upcoming move) and did fantastic work to include cleanup. We were very pleased with their transparency and their willingness to advocate for us with insurance as needed to get the best service and product for our home. Local and friendly!
Lagunas Roofing was outstanding from the get-go! Nick was always in communication with me as the project progressed. The team of roofers were polite, professional, and extremely hard workers, especially in the horrible heat! They did a fantastic job with clean up and Nick came by the next day to ensure everything was completed to my satisfaction. Support a local business that does a great job!
I would rate this company A++++ . Conner came promptly to check our roof and very honestly said roof looks ok and to wait until another weather incident.
