Great Company.
We had a recent storm and water was pouring over tow of my gutters! I called Laguana and they sent out Gabriel Strange out to give me an inspection of what needed to be repaired. Gabriel was awesome! not only did he inspect the gutter but he cleaned them and let us know that the gutters were in fine shape with no need to do any other repairs! A+ communication, prompt and professional work, highly recommended!
Communication is terrible. Never finished the work. Kept getting the run around. Even my claims adjuster tried calling them multiple times. Finally got a refund for the work they didn’t do took almost 6 months for this. Got a new company who got it done in less than 6 weeks. If I could give them zero starts I would.
