Our home roofing, damaged during the last hail storm , was just replaced and we just love it ! The crew arrived at 0600 and got to work immediately and hustled all day. It looks great and included a skylight replacement which was a huge improvement over the previous one. The color and workmanship of the roofing is great! The company worked with us and got our insurance to cover the damaged skylight and added some additional items to meet code changes. The price was inline with the insurance plus our deductible. It's been a year and half after Lagunas installed our new roof in June ~ Nov 2023 time frame. Clayton and crew were awesome to start with - they come right out and make you feel important up until the sale is made. They had zero to very poor communication about when the work would actually start and after the install you feel like you've been ghosted.I called twice the week after the install for someone to come out and review concerns with the job they performed - twice I was told someone would come out - no one ever did and... read more
We had a great experience with getting our tornado/storm damage repaired with Lagunas. They communicated well throughout the process, helped accommodate our tight timeline for getting the house on the market (due to an upcoming move) and did fantastic work to include cleanup. We were very pleased with their transparency and their willingness to advocate for us with insurance as needed to get the best service and product for our home. Local and friendly!
