We contacted Lagunas Roofing to get a bid for a new roof after some wind and hail damage. We promptly received a call from Conner Merritt and set up a meeting. He was totally professional. Conner explain everything involved in the process, reviewed our insurance and made sure we were getting the most our coverage could provide. Called Lagunas to take a look at my roof after a large storm came through the area. Conner was prompt at returning my call and scheduling a time to come out. He gave honest feedback that my roof is good for another 10 years, barring any future storm damage. Appreciated his honesty and will be keeping his number for any future roofing or siding needs!
Very disappointed with the way my repair needs were handled. They checked out my roof damage and made it seem like I was being ripped off by my homeowners insurance company and that they were gonna help me. Sadly, I basically had to chase them down to get any word on the process because I wasn’t being updated whatsoever over the course of almost 4 months.
