I give Bob and his staff 5+ stars!! I took my car there when it broke down on my son, and he had to get to work. Laguna Woods Auto Repair accommodated me in an emergency situation to give super efficient service in evaluating the problem. They even took care of tapping off the fluids to get me safely back on the road. God Bless Bob! His 1950s style waiting area fits him perfectly because he provides first rate old school service! Wow, I thought those days were gone. I highly recommend!
I have been using Laguna Woods auto for several years. Twice there have diagnosed and repaired electrical problems with my 2013 Escape the dealer could not resolve. They are efficient, and affordable. Everyone who works there is friendly and professional.
