Each building has major bed bug, and roach problems. You must pay for bed bug removal, which never works because they are everywhere. Parking is all but impossible, rents go up every renewal, to the tune of $50.00and up, and if you do want parking add another $25. or $30.00. Management definitely has favorites, gives approval for parties that end up very, very LOUD. You do not want to move here this place is full of thugs . The management does not like to do repairs if it cost them any kind of money .. This place also has a major roach infestation. . i would not move here bad place to live ..
Speaking strictly about buildings 1, 2 and 3, if you're looking to move here AVOID THOSE BUILDINGS. PLEASE! There's not much property management can do to assist you with the amount of noise, at least from my perspective. I've contacted them on numerous occasion (more than 6 times) between December until last week regarding the noise on the weekends. There are 3 apartments in Building 2 where it seems to be most apparent and unceasing. It's funny. When I first moved here I knew this would be the place I would live for years.... read more
