I've been living at Laguna Vista for about 3 months, and it's been great. The office staff were super friendly and helpful with the tour and leasing process, and are quick to address any concerns. Maintenance is friendly, fast and efficient in resolving the few issues I had, which were minor. The canal area is beautiful, and the walking path around it is tranquil and clean. Laguna Vista Apartments has exceptionally beautiful and comfortable interiors. It located on the lake with many nature trails around it. The apartments are gorgeous, clean and cozy.
I’m really enjoying my new apt here at Laguna Vista. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, and Andrew is always courteous. The staff has been friendly and helpful from day one, making the move-in process smooth and stress-free.
