Newer apartments with upgrades in the area for better pricing.
Very little parking in this community, residents drive fast and one actually wrecked into me and broke my foot so be careful in this parking garage. Pit bull on the first floor, a black man and hispanic woman own this dog, this dog is very vicious and tried to attack a lady in wheelchair and my bully dog.
Outdated apartments connected with "no retail" that's worth it other than vape shop and market. Pass the leasing office and you will feel you went from Mercer Crossing to a cheap Harry Hines hotel from the foyer itself. You will notice with the fountain not in service, outdated furniture and if you moved in after reading this everytime you passed this area it would always remember my statement as you will be reminded of the resemblance. A very nice and comfortable place but at the same time there is no security at all with our cars. I have been living here for two years and recently they cut the tires of one of my cars and today, July 23, 2025, they tried to steal my car where they damaged all the windows of the doors. They also tried to steal a van next to my car, security we no longer have any with our cars, something that is very serious since everything is worth a lot of money, I at least do not recommend anyone to come and live here there are better pl... read more
