As of the time of writing of this review the current community manager has been awful. I walk into the office because none of my phone calls or emails has been returned. After my most recent time coming in he immediately leads off with "...oh it's you...". I ask him for an update to my proposal, and he mentions the assistant CM is taking a look at it, who isn't there, and I ask where she went and he says "...oh it's probably because she's running away from you". I have lived here since 2017 and continue to enjoy the community. I love being able to walk around the community and feeling like you’re in nature and removed from the craziness of the city but still close enough to get to the spectrum in less than 10 minutes. Super quick and easy access to the 405 and the five. The townhomes themselves are great. The amenities are definitely nice to have available.
