I have lived here since 2017 and continue to enjoy the community. I love being able to walk around the community and feeling like you’re in nature and removed from the craziness of the city but still close enough to get to the spectrum in less than 10 minutes. Super quick and easy access to the 405 and the five. The townhomes themselves are great. The amenities are definitely nice to have available. Terrible HOA. They hire cheap companies to do the work in the neighborhood like painting. And these guys are all gang member and tweaked out tbh. They make huge messes and leave lunch trash everywhere. The lawn guys cut chunks out of your grass and miss most of the lawn other times. Then blow trimmings on your patios. Honestly they are over charging residents and trying to purchase the cheapest labor possible and it shows in the work. Lastly no website. But honestly I get why.
