Terrible HOA. They hire cheap companies to do the work in the neighborhood like painting. And these guys are all gang member and tweaked out tbh. They make huge messes and leave lunch trash everywhere. The lawn guys cut chunks out of your grass and miss most of the lawn other times. Then blow trimmings on your patios. Honestly they are over charging residents and trying to purchase the cheapest labor possible and it shows in the work. Lastly no website. But honestly I get why. The absolute worse HOA to deal with. No sense of urgency. Good luck trying to get a reply from anyone unless it for them to issue a citation to you. I advise running the other way and finding another community that does not move at a turtles pace. I would rate 0 stars if possible.
