Love Laguna village. Quiet little neighborhood. Lovely homes.
Not impressed with the HOA at all. Arbitrary fee amounts on a case by case basis. Very little oversight ability by community members. $500 dollar fee at closing from di prima that we have no idea what it's for or why we paid it. If any of the vendors went over budget on labor di prima will expect you to pay the cost. We closed on our house a month after we were told it would be completed.
