Amazing staff. Great Dentist. Wouldn't ever want to go anywhere else.
I’ve been suffering from excessive amount of pain for the past week on a tooth that this dentist worked on. Tried reaching out through their website and didn’t hear anything so I called. The lady I spoke with was very rude and not sympathetic to anything. She literally said, “ so what do you want me to do about it.” I asked could you get me in as an emergency she said no we don’t have room plus we are closed for two weeks after the next few days. The entire staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable and responsive whenever I call with questions about my care. Minn, Theresa and all the hygenists are very kind, do a thorough job and always gives me tips to better my brushing and flossing Dr. Townsend is very down to earth and funny and the dental tools used in the office are the most up-to-date that I have ever come across. I highly recommend this office.
