Manager and maintenance issues. Manager does not keep in contact regarding maintenance problems. Last year 8 days without hot water. A/C issues taking over 3 months to fix and maintenance still needs to come back to fix another A/C issue. Costs me and my roommate $475.00+ for 2 months electrical, our apartment is less than 1000 sq. ft. Now I’m without a refrigerator for 4 days now, supposed to be delivered tomorrow-we’ll see.
