they are nasty and unorganized!!!
I lived here for 7yrs. Upon renewing my lease there were changes for the good. like valet garbage pickup, pest control and everyone getting renter's insurance. The office staff handles your maintenance issue very prompt. I would recommend Luguna Reserve for your next living experience.
