Don't do it.. This place is infested with roaches and mice The pool is always under construction due to the ducks and rent always go up when you renew your rent. They say they have a grill never saw it playground is not safe for kids and recreation room please they must mean ducking and diving from gunshots...
The absolute worse, I think this apt complex is more section 8 friendly, mr paying out of pocket gets me out on the shelf, I could write a 5 page essay about the issues but that would take too long. Let’s just say my apartment has leaks, old outdated appliances and cabinets, I don’t smoke yet I’m constantly smelling smoke from the neighbors, random things were broken since I moved in, they go up on the rent EVERYTIME you resign the lease.
