To preface: the home is adequate in its current state to live in. These are my opinions as someone who also works in residential and commercial construction. Local interactions: The local service team and the sales team for Richmond American lack the following: communication, empathy and drive. I can only imagine that this is due to being short staffed or not given enough resources. However, my main issue is that the entire sales and service team were laid off a week prior to my closing.
