DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT ROACHES AS YOUR ROOMMATES. This place is over overwhelmingly infested. And if they did spray which was extremely rare it didn’t do anything that’s how bad it is maintenance people never showed nor fixed anything And the elevator was always broken one time someone urinated it. I usually don’t write reviews but this place is horrible the elevator always breaks down and it takes a month for them to fix. The worst part is the roach infestation. They say pest control comes once a month and sometimes they don’t even come. Like this place is a full-blown infestation. I saw them in the bathroom, kitchen, and even near the bed. It was honestly disgusting and made me question the hygiene and maintenance of the entire place.
The building is infested with roaches—and I don’t mean the occasional one. I’m talking about a full-blown invasion. It’s clear that management does not take pest control seriously, despite complaints. The common areas are constantly dirty—hallways are grimy, trash is often left sitting around, and it never actually smells clean.
