The change in management from Miranda to the Stephanie was the worst. She and her team collected ALL my documents for my renewal and then became unresponsive. They then breached the lease and told me that I had to move less than 60 days before my lease was up because my “file was out of compliance” my information from the previous year was identical and no matter how many times I asked SHE NEVER EXPLAINED WHY IT WAS OUT OF COMPLIANCE.
