Horrible experience—completely unprofessional and disrespectful of patients' time. I will never come back to Laguna Pavilion Dental. They scheduled me for a filling appointment not once, but twice, and both times I ended up waiting for hours. On one of these visits, they actually injected my tooth with numbing medication, and then the dentist never even showed up. I sat there waiting until the numbness wore off. Burned through my lip and took 2 hours, was one hour late and they definitely don’t care about patients 🤦♀️
Great first visit
This is my second visit and I am one who does not like going to the dentist, and I was very reluctant to go, but Dr. Sattout and the staff changed my mind and I recommend them. They are all very nice. I appreciate them all very much.
