Dr. Jahroumi is wonderful, the majority of the office help there on Crown Valley are horrible. They take their phones down for 2.5 hours during lunch and they are rude and disrespectful when they do answer the phone. I love Dr. Jahourmi but stopped going to this center due to poor customer service and a billing issue that started in Jan 2015 and just now may (or may not) be resolved.
